Mother overheats. The motherboard is heated to such a temperature that you can fry eggs on it and it turns out quite tasty and fast.
Voooo … so what can be the problem and how can I solve it?
Just a motherboard sooooo … well, very very heated.
Everything is lubricated than necessary (thermal package)
All fans work and there are 2 of them … and one on the video card (does not belong to those two)
Everything is cleaned of dust.

Gold coating is more an exception than the rule. But special spraying is used, which protects these same contacts. Electrostatic charge is one of the main enemies of electronics, especially microcircuits.
And working in gloves is not necessary, there is enough antistatic bracelet.
